What one video includes

Refunds
Failed or declined videos go back to your balance automatically. Unused videos can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Details in the Refund Policy.

01Is there a subscription?
No. You buy videos once and use them whenever you like. There is nothing to cancel and nothing renews.
02Why is there no free preview?
Every video is a fresh 14-second render on a large AI video model with a real cost. Instead of a blurry preview we show real, unedited examples and return any video that fails.
03What happens if a video fails?
The video credit goes back to your balance automatically. You only pay for videos that finish.
04Can I get a refund?
Yes, for unused videos within 14 days of purchase: email support with your order reference. Finished videos are not refundable, but a clearly broken result can be reviewed.
05Which payment methods are accepted?
Cards and the wallets shown at checkout. Payments are processed in US dollars by Waffo Pancake, our Merchant of Record; we never see your card number.
