Acceptable Use Policy
Updated October 19, 2026. Version 2026-10-19.1. Closed on Sunday AI makes short choir videos from one photo of a consenting adult or your own pet. These rules apply to every photo, typed choir description and generated video.
Who may appear in a video
Upload only a photo of yourself, an adult (18+) who has agreed to appear in this video, or your own pet. Photos of public figures (including Ye / Kanye West and members of his family), celebrities, politicians and anyone under 18 are not allowed. Do not use photos taken without the person’s knowledge.
Prohibited content
Nudity, pornography or sexual content, graphic violence or gore, hate or extremist content, harassment, self-harm encouragement, child sexual exploitation or any child-unsafe content are prohibited in photos, typed choirs and outputs. Typed choirs cannot name real people, brands or copyrighted characters.
Deception and impersonation
Do not use videos to deceive, defame, harass or impersonate anyone, to suggest a real person endorsed something, or to present AI video as real footage of an event. Disclose that the video is AI-generated where a platform or law requires it.
Safety review
Typed choir descriptions are checked against our prohibited-terms list and by Waffo Prompt Sift semantic screening. Uploaded photos and finished videos are checked by SeeAPI image and sampled-frame video moderation, and the video model runs its own safety checker. Missing, failed or inconclusive checks cannot approve a video. Automated checks can miss content; reports are reviewed by the operator.
Reporting channel
Anyone can report a video, an unauthorized use of their likeness, a copyright concern or other safety issue, or appeal a moderation decision, by emailing support@closedonsundayai.xyz. You do not need an account. Include the relevant page or video reference, a description and a reply email. Do not email illegal imagery, passwords or card details. The channel is handled by the operator, Chen Wenjian, China.
Report handling and response timelines
We acknowledge reports within 2 business days of receipt and complete an initial review within 7 business days. If a complex case needs more time we send a progress update within those 7 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday in China Standard Time (UTC+8), excluding public holidays in China. Serious concerns may lead to restricted access while review is pending.
Enforcement
We may block requests, remove or restrict access to content, suspend accounts and adjust video credits under our Terms and Refund Policy. Mandatory refund rights remain unaffected.
